go to costco, bj's, whatever and buy a bag of 20lb worth of chicken breasts to store in the freezer.
fill a pot with water, some salt, and olive oil to cover the chicken breasts. let boil and cook.
take out chicken breasts, cool, store in fridge container.
re-use chicken breast water and cook noodles or small pasta pieces of your choice. cut up some chicken breasts and add them to the mix and simmer.
you can leave this on the stove and eat it everyday just heat it up. if your not in the mood for soup you'll still have some extra breasts left over in the fridge to eat plain or with some rice etc
