I dont know whats goin on. Iv tried keepin my chest out and shoulders back. Tried goin for FEELING in the chest and nothing is working.

When i do crossovers, bench, fly's, incline, etc... i feel my front delts are being incorporated and die out long before my chest does. That ends my set and is killing my chest work. Only thing i do that it isnt effecting is decline bench, and that doesnt seem to beneficial since it has such a short range of motion. Please help me.

I have the same problem, no matter how much I isolate my chest it always seems like my shoulders are getting more of the workout. I feel it in my chest, its just that my shoulders fatigue before my chest does, so it hinders my gains. Though I believe my pain is affliated with the joints. Still curious as to why this is.

I had this problem. Saw a sport therapist about it. He told me to work my rear delts and leave my front delts alone when doing sholders and let my chest day be the day that my front delts get worked. The reasoning behind this was that I had a curved or "arched" shoulder stance. He said that my front delts were trying to compensate for the weaker rear delts. Basically... my rear delts were weak and the front delts were trying to compensate for that.

To correct this: lay off the front delts and let them be trained only as a secondary muscle. Do this until they recover or the pain goes away. Do rear delts twice a week. Once with your shoulder day and on another day that is at least 2 days from shoulder day.

hope this helps you guys.

I don't know your exact situation or if this will even help. Try concentrating with your mind on using your pecs. When you go down tighten your pecs and try to use them to push the weight up. Also, if your chest is underdeveloped compared to your shoulders your shoulders are probably overcompensating for the lack of muscle in your chest. Once you get the muscle built in your chest you will find it easier to isolate your pecs during bench. Good luck.
