I'd guess by looking at your routine that you're trying to prioritize your arms. In my opinion you need to give your arms more rest then that....unless there is a day of rest between one of your first three days. Other than that....it looks like a deceant routine to me. Good Luck!!!!
 
I would work shoulders first before doing bi's.
I would suggest doing stiff legged deads with db's to help your hams on your leg workout
