Ok ive been dieting and dieting and dieting and then i went off for like 2 or 3 weeks and gained back an inch and a half on my waist. If i eat pretty good and just run every morning for an hour.. can i loose wieght without having to really diet? If this is possible what is better.. i want to start working out in the morning along with my cardio.. should i run first or workout first?

I know its over simplified but so long as you expel more than you eat.

Running an hour in the morning should do quite a bit, since you not only burn calories during the hour but your metabolism is heightened the rest of the day.

Tochange up my cutting diet, and get myself out of a stall in both the bf% and weights, I actually increased my calories above maintance but did more cardio ect... It worked started to lose again, and my weights actually improved w/ all the added protein intake, though I couldn't keep it up I quickly burnt myself out.

I was eating alot though, so if you don't go crazy it may be possible, other contributing things however are what your curent bf% is since as you get lower it gets harder to remove the fat but is much easier at higher lvls its one of the reasons there seems to be so many sticking points in our cutting diets where all of a sudden we stop losing.

Cardio without a set diet is definately better than nothing. You are going to burn off the calories and speed up your metabolism. If you are going to start weight training also your best bet is to do this before your cardio. Depending on what your goals are, will truely be an indicator if they are achieveable on cardio/lifting alone without a diet. If you are aimming to build muscle and lower your body fat percentage then you are going to want to consider some sort of diet....CKD or zone most likely.

what is your goal?

Remember muscle burns calories quicker than fat (metabolism). I would also ask if you are eating every three hours or so? If you are going four five hours between meals, your body is catabolic. Eat sensibly often, cardio three to four times per week, and weight train three times per week and you'll be there bro. Don't be discouraged by slow results. Fast results indicate muscle loss. Slow results indicate fat loss.

When you're just dieting only or dieting and only doing cardio, you're losing fat AND muscle. So when you stop your diet, it's easier to gain weight, because losing muscle lowers your metabolism.

Definitely start lifting weights. It will make your dieting a lot easier, because you'll get to eat more as you gain muscle. Don't forget, muscle is denser than fat, so you might see the scale going up and your clothes getting looser at the same time.

If you're going to lift AND run in the morning, do your weights first to take advantage of the carbs stored in your body from the night before. Then, when you do cardio after weights, you'll tap into the fat reserves more quickly because you depleted everything else with the weights. Might feel hard at first but you'll get used to it. Otherwise if you can, do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, and weights later in the day when you're more fueled up.

Misunderstood

Ok i must have been misunderstood.. I have been working out for the past 4 years.. at least 4 times a week.. That is not a problem i am a decent size i would just like to loose some fat.. I have been dieting for a long time and gave up for two weeks and gained alot back.. i was only wondering if i ate sensibly instead of a calorie counting diet.. but ran 4 to 5 days a week.. could i still loose this fat without having to plan everyday in advance and count every gram of carb protien fat.. Also i was saying that I would like to start working out in the morning.. not start working out altogethor.. i work out in the evening now.. but i was asking if i wanted to work out in the mornings.. should i do it before or after cardio.. hope this explains better..
