Okay, so I've been doing the CKD thing for over two weeks now and I like it a whole lot.... not HUGELY noticeable results, but I was reasonably lean anyway before I started and I did have one motherfucking huge cheat day last Sunday.... ooh boy, did I stuff myself that day....
.... anyway, the point is.... I find it difficult to do weights/cardio on schedule. Sometimes my work runs into overtime, sometimes I just find myself to be completely screwed after work and couldn't even think about lifting a weight or getting on the treadmill.... and sometimes I don't get to bed early enough, and can't get up an hour early in the morning for cardio.
I do a bit, but just not every day.... my question is.... if I follow Mr. X's CKD recommendations but not all the cardio recommendations, what will happen? Will eating 12cal/lb of bodyweight and not doing cardio every day still cause me to lose fat? Will I still be in ketosis?
I'm wondering if cardio is absolutely essential for the CKD to work, or whether it's just a means to quicker and better results? Because I can't do cardio every day....
