ok been dieting down on cycle for around 10 weeks and have made great progress with a solid diet cardio and weight training
i am drawing close to the end of my cycle, and the december festive season slowed my progress , although i did progress
now that i am back at work after the holidays i currently do 40min cardio every day either after weights in the morning 5.30 to 7.30 , or cardio fasted in the am and weights in the pm depending on my work schedule
i am considering adding a second 40min session to the day , would this have a more positive effect over the next few weeks to strip the last few percent i am after , or overkill ?
currently 218 lbs
bodyfat around 11-12 but this is a guess (abs out, slight pouch still on lower abs , quad separation starting nicely and alot of increased vasculirity everywhere )
i am aiming to get into the single digits over the next few weeks if possible.
