I did som3e ice cream therapy tonight and even though I consumed about 2000 calories in milkshakes at about 8 PM and went to sleep at 11 (fitful splee, surprise!) at 4 am I was ready to eat more.

serotonin, by far, is not the only negative feedback loop which accounts for the cravings. as I said before substitute activities for food - a great way of masking hunger when dieting; take a fucking walk in the fresh air, or solve a crossword puzzle.

With me it's not so much depression as it is irritation. I find myself easily pissed off and annoyed. This usually happens when I go long periods (more than 2.5 hours) between meals. Sometimes a tbs. of udos calm it down, sometimes a cup of coffee.
