Carbs past 7pm

Simple question, what's the reason that people don't eat carbs past a certain time?

And does taking Glucorell have an effect on that?

Carbs are easily stored as fat later in the day due to your metabolism / insuling changes .

I stay away from carbs in my last meal only , when dieting . That means I have carbs at 10 pm ( 20 g only low glycemic ) , and at 12:30 I have whey + EFA's only .

Does fat and protein still get used?

What if you work out late in the evening? What are the effects then? I personally work out rather late, about 11:30 PM in the week, but I go to bed about 3AM. I eat a whole lot of carbs after I work out, and then a big grilled chicken after I take a shower with some wheat toast and cashews.

Last meal - that one you have RIGHT before BED , should have ZERO CARBS , of course , if you are cutting .

You can have carbs after your weight training 11:30 pm, but then , you rely on protein + fats only untill you crash .
