carb powders/glucous drops

got some more ketostix yesterday and was checking out the
glucous drops, and some of the carb powders, at walgreens
they have a whole ile of diabetic stuff you know the carb powders and glucouse packs wondering would some of this be beneficial on carb up day, anybody know a highquality carb powder?
and dose anyone monitor their glucous levels with a glucous
monitor the ones diabetics us to test blood suger levels?

Definitely. With the exception of basic supplements like protein, glutamine, etc... all the foods you need can be found in the grocery store. Don't overcomplicate it.
