anyone do this religiously? anyone tried?
i have been doing 2-3 weeks high carbs (500-600g a day) then a week low (150g a day). I am maintaining strength but getting leaner in process.
Was thinking about maybe doing 2 low carb dyas (200g) a week and doing 5 high carb days. Kepp protein about 300-350g a day. Will this be good to keep muscles growing and keep bf in check. I hate dieting down to 7% in summer, only to eat a lot in autumn and be 14% bf by xmas.
Also, after 7-10 days of low carbs your body respoends really well to nutrients and grows better IMO.
