I was eating a tablespoon of Smartbalance Peanut Butter (made with Flax oil) with almost every meal. But that shit started to get me fat. It's because it contains too many calories. 200 calories per each tablespoon.

What other alternative can I take for healthy fats that is both good for me and NOT so high in calories?

I eat oatmeal 2 times a day everyday. But my other meals do not really contain much fat. Well...there's whole eggs I eat. I guess thats fat??? But then there's my chicken breast, sweet potato and salad meal. There's not fats in that.

Extra Virgin Olive oil???

Lol well eating oatmeal twice a day and eggs , maybe add in some olive oil into one of ur shakes , just a table spoon will do , seems like enough healthy fat to me , prolly around 80g there

Or add it to your salad, chicken and all sorts of things. That's what's great about extra virgin olive oil, you can put it on everything because the flavor is very mild and easily covered. If you rub olive oil on your meats before cooking it will lock in the juices. Just a lil tip from a chef if you didn't already know.

Not sure what kinda oatmeal ur eating but unless it has flax seeds in it, oatmeal is straight carbs.....
Good monounsaturated fats to eat would include avocados, almonds or almond butter, peanuts or peanut butter with little or no salt added, olive oil is good as mentioned, Liquid omegas like Udo's brand oil which is a 3, 6, 9 combo or NTBMs Krill oil, most fish have healthy fats like salmon, sea bass, mahi mahi or albacore tuna steaks......the list goes on n on.....even a good filet mingon has excellent fat content in it......honestly I would limit whole egg consumption as the yolks are mostly saturated fat which is the hardest fat for ur body to break down not to mention the worst kind which also puts on that unwanted bodyfat......

Make sure your peanut butter is all natural bro and only have a tablespoon twice daily.

Throw in some almonds with your other meals and if your having whole eggs look into omega 3 eggs.
