Can't do Peanut Butter. Which fat do I use?

Make sure your peanut butter is all natural bro and only have a tablespoon twice daily.
Yup, I meant to add in that description of PB......defiantely stay far away from that Skippy n Jiff crap.....I usually go with Laura Scuders smooth or that 365 creamy from Whole Foods.....all natural, low salt and tastes awesome!!
 
Smoke : a handful mix nuts between meals is a great way to add healthy calories and fat to your diet..
 
smart balance peanut butter is trash. don't get fooled by "smart balance" or "healthy choice" these are brand names, get real peanut butter, not a name brand. most health food stores have the real stuff.

healthy fats/omega's are salmon, olive oil, nuts, omega cage free eggs.

Throw in some almonds with your other meals and if your having whole eggs look into omega 3 eggs.

I agree w/ the above. If you like PB, just reduce it to one or two tablespoons a day.
