Was planing on starting with squats but there was a wait so I started with leg press
Leg press
180 x 30 - tempo 4,2,4
270 x 25 - tempo 4,1,3
3 sets of last
Hip thrust off bench with plate
3 x 20 with 20 sec hold on last
Squats
135 x 10
185 x 10
205 x 10
225 x 3
225 x 4
Hack squats /SS/ with sissy squats
105 x 15 /SS/ bw x 20
135 x 15 /SS/ bw x 15
2 sets of last
Seated supine curls /SS/ chin ups
15 x 12 per arm / 3 chins
17.5 x 12 per arm / 4 chins
20 x 10 per arm / 3 chins
Preacher curls /SS/ with double hammer curls
25 x 15, 15 pumps bottom contraction /SS/ 20 x 12
Same thing but 30 lbs for preacher and 22.5 lbs for hammer X 2 sets
Drag curls /SS/ with alternate hammer curls
30 x 15, 20 x 10 per side
3 sets but used 22.5 for last set of hammers
