can u help me with my diet mr. X

i am 19 years old 5'10 174 around16% bf. i am trying to cut down to 10-12%... the problem is that i have been fat all my life until i started working out in febuary, so i have a some fat at the bottom of my chest and lower gut that i trying to get rid of... my day goes as follows

mon- fri
7:00 am
cardio 30-40 min fast walk slow jog

8:00
1 packet oatmeal 2 scoop protien

10:00
3 eggs

12:30
work out

2:00
2scoop protein shake

3:00
2chicken breasts some vegies

5:00
1 can tuna 1tabsp light mayo and some onions

8:00
2 chicken breasts some veggies

i havn't been working out long enough to do a cycle... just wanted to know if this a good diet to loose the fat.

Bro, that diet has WAY too little carbs. I think what you want is a 40-30-30 considering you have some oatmeal in there. Click on the search at the top right, and type in 40-30-30 in the search query, and be sure to specify diet board. You will get many sample diets critiqued by numerous knowledgeable bros.

As a side note, SCREW the "fast walk". You are not 60 yrs old , nor are you morbidly obese. Fat loss takes work, so get your ass off the couch and JOG. You could try HIIT, found at www.musclemedia.com under the training section.
 
I totally agree with blood drinker.Do a search on a 40-30-30 diet and go from there.Cardio first thing in the morning whether it be walking or running doesn't matter as long as you are doing it and do not go for these no carb diets,you need carbs.

First, I think you need a little more carbs and more healthy fats:
*altered meal plan
8:00
1 packet oatmeal 1 scoop protein (30g)
1 tbsp flaxseed oil

10:00
5 egg-whites
1/4 cup brown-rice or pasta

12:30
work out

2:00
1 scoop protein (30g) shake w/ 20 g of dextrose powder

3:00
1 chicken breasts some vegies
w/ 1/4 cup walnuts

5:00
1 can tuna 1tabsp FAT-FREE mayo
1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
8:00
1 (6oz.) chicken breast w/ Fiber supplement w/ veggies

measure all food before you prepare it..i.e., dry pasta, dry rice, uncooked chicken..etc.etc...

I don't think it's feasible to chat because of different schedules.
