i am 19 years old 5'10 174 around16% bf. i am trying to cut down to 10-12%... the problem is that i have been fat all my life until i started working out in febuary, so i have a some fat at the bottom of my chest and lower gut that i trying to get rid of... my day goes as follows
mon- fri
7:00 am
cardio 30-40 min fast walk slow jog
8:00
1 packet oatmeal 2 scoop protien
10:00
3 eggs
12:30
work out
2:00
2scoop protein shake
3:00
2chicken breasts some vegies
5:00
1 can tuna 1tabsp light mayo and some onions
8:00
2 chicken breasts some veggies
i havn't been working out long enough to do a cycle... just wanted to know if this a good diet to loose the fat.
