Can somone look at my routine...my size and weight gains have slowed somewhat?

looks pretty good.. u mite want to do flat bench or incline bench..
i would look into getting a lifting partner so u can do some forced reps..that mite help u grow..but 2 weeks its not like u will grow allot i that time..

and i think u should get those carbs way up..ur not cutting corrrect??

310 grams of carbs..
maybe drop ur protien intake down to like liek 200..or at least 1 gram per pound of body weight and carbs up to almst 700 grams.
carbs are important too....
i just got the book power eatn g and it suggest 8-9 grams of carbs per kilo of body weight.
