Hey guys i'm a big guy in need of a bit of help and knowledge

Now i have done alot of research and i know clen is no joke and the side effects are nothing to joke about either. i also understand diet as to be 100% in order to get my moneys worth of clen.

Stats:
Gender: Male
BF%: 35
Weight: 155 KG (341 Pounds)
Height: 200 CM (6Ft 5 inches)
Age: 19

Currently i'm eating the same shit everyday given to me by my trainer
Breakfast
1 Sachet of oats with Quater cup milk Quater cup water and 1 bannana.
Snack
1 Wholemeal brown bread sandwhich with ham
Lunch
120g Chicken, 1cup veg, 1cup brown rice
Snack
1 Wholemeal brown bread sandwhich with ham
Snack
2 Apples
Dinner
120g Chicken, 1cup veg, 1cup brown rice
Shake
1 protein shake mixed with water

I drink about 3-4 L of water per day.

I workout 6 times a week doing a 5day split with 30 mins of cardio every day, i try to burn at least 500 cals of cardio per day.

Thanks guys also if anyone had personal experience with clen please share :D

Clean at 19? Stick to the gym for a few more years. And fire your trainer. That meal plan looks horrible. Way too many carbs for a guy your size. I'll let some of the real nutritionists talk to you. But I'd fire the trainer.

Well the trainer is helping me out for free, one thing he did say to me tho "since i'm doing this diet for free, i'm not going to waste my time writing up a detailed plan if you can't follow something this simple"
So he's making me do this for a month then he will write up something more proper and in order

Then you should kick him in the balls and then fire him.

Then find someone who is qualified.

What's bad about it is that the guy who gave it too you doesn't give a shit. He probably gives the same thing to everyone.

Ham = loaded with salt & fat

Bread how many times a day?

Milk = sugar, fat

Apples = sugar

And to think i was going to consider paying him too, Thanks for that m8

I just eat 4 slices of brown bread a day with ham on and the only milk i drink is a 1/4 cup slim milk? the protein shake i drink with water.

So him saying chicken breast takes soooo much longer than saying ham sandwich?
Breakfast needs to be something like egg whites and possibly a small portion of oats. Lunch needs to be chicken breast, veggies, and a smaller portion of sweet potato. Dinner should be chicken breast and another portion of veggies. I'd leave out carbs that late in the day. Then all you have to do is add a few small snacks in there. Some blueberries, carrots, almonds are good. Seriously. Find someone that's going to give the attention you need. And not someone who baits you in to pay. Obviously you'll need to pay someone, but I wouldn't pay that douche bag.

Thanks i appreciate the help, in total i'm eating roughly 1800 cals a day where as my maintenance is at 3000 ish which in my opinion is far too low as well but saying that this is on a budget too i will take out ham and replace it with chicken, eat less bread and stick to half a cup of rice instead of a whole cup and rather fill on something else

If you're serious about making a change I'd suggest this;

You need to find a QUALIFIED nutrition expert. Not the "trainers" at the gym. Not what "some guy at the gym told me"

Find a guy that does bodybuilding/physique/bikini show prep. You don't have to take it to the stage level (maybe someday) but that's the kind of expertise you need.
