If I work out about 4 times a week and each time I am at the gym for about an hour and I weigh approx 130 lbs. How many calories should I be eating to put on muscle (not fat)?
[I have only been training for a two months now]
** Also I prefer the dumbell press over the bench press because I think it dovelopes you inner chest better. Am I loosing out because I don't do the bench?
