Hi,

I need lil advice or support. I have been eating pretty clean and i workout out every day as you can see in my LOG. I was able to increase weights. (ex, barbel chest press from 20-35lb, shoulder press 25lb, bicep curl 45lb...etc.. I watch what I eat and counting calories every day. Avarage calories are 1200cal +, -.

The thing is, I put jeans on me today and ops...tight. Couldn't close them. EHH. Is it bc I do something wrong or bc I started 3 days ago Con-cret creatine. Will my weight go down eventually or should I make some change? I don't want to bulk up, my goal is nice fitness body with decent muscle mass.

I'll have to read up on your log, girl. When it comes to your regimen or supplements, I can definitely help...but even when I have diet advice I go to SuperQT so I'm hoping she chimes in too
 
Thank you psizzle,I would apreciate if you can look up my LoG and give me feedback about my nutrition and workout and eventualy what changes shuld I make.

As far as suplemments,it would be great if you help me. Im on creatine now.
Just for addition info Im on synthroid, cytomel 12.5mcg and Metformin..that's pretty much LOL.

to push lil more weight at the gym, increase intensity, pump, recovery. I think I hit the plateau so I thought this kick me a lil. There are many controversial opinions whether to take it or not, if you are trying lean out, what is your opinion?
 
I was just curious.. Me personally, I don't use it. I used it over a decade ago when I started really getting serious about lifting, but I did it without researching it, I saw GNC as a candy store and just tried everything lol. Since then though I've never used it. Never needed to

Are you just drinking water? Saw that you list your foods but I didn't see liquids. And how's your fiber intake?
 
thx, yes I drink water, but to be honest IDK how much, Im not taking fiber except what is in food.
 
what is your opinion on calories? It is strange that im bulking up on my average 1200 cal.

As the matter of suplemments , yes, i think Im something like u said.. im trying everything what is in the store lOL.. i know most of the stuff is crap.. i guess it is more mental .. something what push u a lil.
I have been working out for 10 years but as I confesed.. i have made lotof mistakes.. specialy with nutrition..( undereating.. jo-jo effect) dummie lol
