· Close Grip Low Cable Rows

o Warm up set – 60 lbs / 10 reps / 2 second holds
o Warm up set – 70 lbs / 10 reps / 2 second holds
o Working Set – 80 lbs / 11 reps / Squeeze + Slow Release (4-6 Tempo)
o Working Set – 90 lbs / 10 reps / Same as Above
o Working Set – 100 lbs / 8 reps / Same as Above
o ***two attempts to do Pull-ups - ½ Pull-ups X 2

· Wide Grip Pull Down
o Warm up set – 70 lbs / 5 reps TTF + 5 reps BTN
