Of course I wore all black too.. and pants lol ... I was literally dripping I had to take of one tank & use it as a rag ... need to bring a towel or three next time ...
I used YES for the 1st time in forever & allowed 15 -20 for it to absorb before applying the SPF, still look nice & pasty![]()
There were 4 guys there were running the slides next to me .. I was jealous but NOT going there since I've been sprinting & doublestepping / little running to the top (it's like running in place slow motion half way up it's an insane glute burn) then hopping down (think plyo hops pushing off toes), then immediate sprint when I hit the bottom, down the gravl path hill to the end of the slide... jog back (I think I had to walka few times) & repeat (that = one... so after 7 I was like Holy bahgeezus I'm dying ... I had the red blotchy face, no food in me) so I just finished with the 5 Progressive sprints, using one car as an end mark, then a car or two down for the next, and so on ...
Other things I did today (SBT):
- nails fixed (fill & treated a friend to a pedicure with me) then
- Ate a Grilled Chicken Spinach Salad with at Free Honey Mustard & Fuze slenderize ( Meal # 1 @ like 2 pm )then
- Had my facial: exfoliation, Glycolic Acid Peel of face & neck, with Hand Massage, then extractions ... esth. said I really didn't need any micro derm abrasion so I basically followed SG's advice ... it was interesting... didn't 'burn' but I was glad when it was over. I think I like the regular pampering facials better. I have to watch being in the sun for the next two weeks so I probably have to wear a hat for any outdoor Cardio & go get a strong SPF, since it was like 102 today then 110 with heat index ... ICK ...
- Went to P's to watch vid & stills from the week vacation / family reunion up in WI ... my puppy loves to swim ... I am surprised he can! (boxer) Took Supp Load #1
- Meal #2 (maybe 6:30 ish ): 2 Large Diced Grilled Chicken Breasts, Green Beans, Sweet Potato & Diet Pepsi
- Came home, Iced my neck, upper back & head, popped supp load & IB pro and dedcided to eat cookies, snickers popables & peanut M & Ms... and wash it down with Fat Free Milk ... So is that Meal 3???
Passed the eff out ...
- Of course my body ripped through all that sugar and here I am on EF at 1 am wide awake, popped Supp Load #2, there will not be a #3 ... too late or early blah blah blah
- Took A Cardio Breeze + 2 NYC this morning pre cardio ... wanted to use up the rest of the NYC & see if I had the same reaction to it as I did before ... which I DO Not ... I think it's lost it's potentcy which is why I added a second pill, THEN added Cardio Breeze ... (I'll take CB + NYC then 30 min later another NYC ... I wasn't able to take ONE NYC at one point ... so that is interesting & wanted something other than CB & TREX)
- About to go eat something else to keep this supp load down
- Water intake was not as good as it should have been but I'm sure at least a gallon in....
