Positives of the day … Other than the obvious & some random thoughts…
* I think the AM Cardio helps A LOT … along with the heating pad on my back & neck as often as possible (bad memories, but more good ones to come … )
* There has been a relaxing 75 minute facial preceding my 90 min Deep Tissue This Saturday … had anyone had microderm abrasion or recommend it???
* (edit) 2 hour deep tissue the following Saturday to take the place of a photo shoot that has been postponed until maybe Septemberish
* Good things to come after all this turmoil I just know it …
* Appt with school Counselor August 10th to discuss possible future degrees and got the hold OFF my account … yay … I guess he daughter had leukemia (since she was 4, she is now a healthy 19 year old, bless her heart) so there was an instant bond before the topis was even mentioned …
* Kissing any life I thought I had good by for a few months ...again

Things I am proud of... (Generically)
* Not eating the two calves of each Calzone in my fridge
* Still overlooking the ANBP in my fridge like "eh, don't think so"
* Still not taking any valium ...
* Still didn't cave & touch the booze
* Last night crashed a little after 7 pm, after brief wake up, more tea, slept another ~10 ish hours
Of course ... first let me say I do not think you would need such a thing, your skin is radiant ... I do not think I persoanlly need it either but it's not like the ones they do at a plastic surgeons office (as if I know what that is). Same basic set up though, with the mechanical exfoliation using "powerful electronic vacuum to spray high-grade micro crystals across the skins surface through a pressurized wand. It is recommended for treating skins with sun damage, open and closed comedones, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, and coarse textured skin." I copied that from the pamphlet ...
I am set up for facial with extraction but we'll see if she says microderm & I'll give it a whirl ... You've seen my skin, I want to keep is nice, healthy & reverse any of the sun damage I did cause in the baby oil days as possible ... I use 'reverse' very loosely as well ...
Next stop is Dermatologist to give my full body a once over ... fun fun fun

One product I've tried for home is the Olay Thermal polishing wash & their dermabrasion home kit -- I've liked them both & saw a diff. in my skin immediately....
