Now I am NOT hung up on this number, I LOOK great ... what matters is the difference in the skinfolds ... seeing the definition, my face lean out, the cuts ... and now the drops in the actual pinch sites is just fantastic ... and the look on my girl doing the pinches is even better I still drink over 2 gallons of water a day, and I feel I look puffy & watery ... with that said

I feel my pre/post workout nutrition, along with my #1 Diet, #2 Training, and #3 Supps are all contributing factors. Again DIET DIET DIET being # 1. My focus is to drop BF & cut, but not as fast as I did 1st time around.

I am fully confident that these #'s will continue to drop and I really am very pleased with the ways things have been going.

- I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track...
- Ridding the alcohol has worked wonders for my body & mind & ability to drop Fat much easier...
- A clean Diet works wonders ... PERIOD

- Higher reps Low Weight is now focus … I do not feel Strength is at ALL compromised … however I am trying to prevent injury & aggravating some angry muscles :) … ***Purchased another Deep Tissue to make that COMMITMENT (which if you know me, I never usually do … just have to schedule it ***

- Scale Weight Continuing to drop, Still NO LBM has been lost, only gains since I started my cut, clean diet, lower cals & insane training regime … I :heart: me … I do not foresee the weight leaving the 150’s at my leanest .. I have way too much muscle to get to the 138 area as I was in April _05 for the photo shoot

- The trainer doing my pinches did finally notice the total boobage shrinkage :D and over shape of my legs, the peaks in my shoulders & striations apparent not pumped at all … abs visible, calves viable & ab veins visible …

- AS ALWAYS … I am NOT hung up on these numbers, again, it is a pleasant surprise to see I am on the right track considering this emotional roller coaster I have put myself on … :) … Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...

- Still feel that dumping ANY alcohol consumption has worked for my body & mind & ability to drop Fat much easier... So when I take my 1st sip Memorial Day weekend sometime, it will be enjoyable, yet tough at the same time, since I have NO inclination to drink at this point … Nice Glass of wine to go with a big fat Prime Rib will suffice …

- Refeeds are NOT a bad things… any type of nuts have turned into my ANPB … those have been tossed and other courses of fats will be implemented… particularly looking for Fish Oil caps

- Scale Weight Lowest it have ever been, First drop in LBM since I started Cut in ~ Feb 05 …

- Kidney Infection (which IMO & had NOTHING to do with my Protein intake BTW …) resulted in the 2.5 weeks off training, off any normal type of ‘diet’, followed by low to minimal protein, No PureCee …

- I have no qualms with the above …
