I have issues sleeping too. Been floating on 3-4 hours a night. Always needed 8 hours before I started dieting down... Now I just can't sleep. Why 11:30 and I'm still up
 
Up at 3:30 am because even with a 5am client i cannot and will not skip AM cardio. Not this time.

• 1 Cup Garden Veggie Egg Beaters with 28 g Fat Free shredded Cheddar cheese with dash Italian Herb Seasoning

11:25 A.M. -
Meal # 2 :
• ~4 oz Diced Grilled Chicken Breast
• ~ 1.5 Cups of Mixed Veggies (Various beans, broc, carrots, kids, etc. YUM )
