*** Crashed on the couch last night, woke up at 3:50 ish am and took one CB, I usually will take 2 caps at 4 am .. but fell back asleep as “Predator” played on the screen, probably on mute … lol :rolleyes: , slept through all my alarms (I have 5 set on my phone) … and funny… I woke up look at phone & had a text message .. Perfect timing :D The V-Root Tea did make me drowsy, I was surprised, I will try again tonight but I feel the Splenda HELPED … the last chug reminded of how gross a shot of Goldschlager was … I know, NICE comparison :evil: … and so it begins …

• ~4 oz Diced Grilled Chicken Breast
• ~ 1.5 Cups of Mixed Veggies (Various beans, broc, carrots, kids, etc. YUM )
• 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil over top

• 1 Small Granny Smith Apple

5:45 P.M. - TWO HOURS TOO LATE!!!
Meal # 3: Same as 2
• ~4 oz Diced Grilled Chicken Breast
• ~ 1.5 Cups of Mixed Veggies (Various beans, broc, carrots, kids, etc. YUM )
• 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil over top
• 1 Small Granny Smith Apple

* Oatmeal & Sweet Tato's limited to ONLY 3 X a week unless in case of an emergency ... Yesterday Day did count as 1 of 3 too ... :evil:

* Goals - To be happy & Smile Daily

* Do Not forget ‘physical’ on 06_30_2006, have Primary just write an order to send to Oncologist, one less thing to worry about

* Pay Bills after I clean up work mess ...

* Found out Chick on 1st floor has Yahoo DSL .. WTF ... call them to get RID of Comcast internet BS ...

* Schedule another Deep Tissue to coincide with Chiro adjustment, look into acupuncture & Facials …

* I need to write so much more new business & make up hours to allow me to take some well needed time off

* I will refuse to let others bring me down, question my integrity & take advantage when I do nothing but offer my love, support & help
