Multi’s Source Naturals LIFE FORCE MULTIPLE - 1 Cap with food 2 X a day
Green Tea Extract – Scott’s finest – 1 Cap with Meal # 1 … 2 caps with Meal 3 & 5 if I eat properly
Cardio Breeze – 2 caps .. fell back asleep again for 2 hours before waking up
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 15 – 30 min before last 2 meals
ALCAR – 2 caps with food X 3
Tyr2 – 2 caps with food X 3
Glucosamine & Chondroitin w/ MSM – 2 caps with food X 3
Levorex - 2 caps with food X 3
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps with food X 3 (need to re-order)
Neurogenex – 2 caps with food X 2
OxyCalm - 2 sprays each side 3-4 X a day ( On or off … I do not feel any less aggressive or any more calm … )
Lysine 500 mg – 2 tabs 2-3 X a day
PSEVEN - 2 spray inner arm PM
Ester-C with Bioflavonoids – 2 tabs AM & PM daily preferably with a meal
Digestive Enzymes – 1-2 caps with meals (as needed)
PureCEE – 2 caps pre PM workout maybe
Yohimburn ES– Full body application except face
DHEA 50 mg – 1 cap 1 X a day

Meal # 1 & # 2:
• 4 scoops ISO
• 32 oz Gatorade
• 1 Small Granny Smith Apple (so I can take supps without :sick: )


2:15 P.M. - ***Diet Pepsi***
Meal # 3 :
• Grilled Chicken Salad from local place (Double meat, 4 egg wedges, 4 tomato wedges, No dressing, green peppers)

7:00 P.M. -
Meal # 4 : Crystal Light Orange Sunrise
• ~ 1 Cup Quaker Oatmeal w/ cinn & Splenda
• ~ 1.5 Cup Garden Veggie Egg Beaters w/ ~ 1 oz Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese & Sea Salt
• 1 medium Granny Smith Apple

* I need to write so much more new business & make up hours to allow me to take some well needed time off

Good Morning ... now afternoon .. good day shall do :) ... I am so very happy I dragged my tush to the gym last night ... I got to see my gym friends 7 play catch up, since everyone was really worried ... I feel bad, like dang, maybe i need to get the #'s since they worry about the ''regulars' ... I :heart: my gym ... (dreaming here) I want to drive to the city this weekend, pending weather & just go blading or for a run .. but that is in my perfect world ... as I have many other things that must be taken care of .. you know the drill ... no sun, too hot, spf in 90 degree heat just doesn't work ... time alone to get lost in a long run or blade up the lake front ... hat pulled down, shades locked, focus, iPOD cranked ... whateva .. I always got the gym, & family business, and my massage on sat. ... thank the lawd, I am NOT rescheduling that again ...

Zanderpants.... I had to settle for GNC ... wow do I have a migraine ...
They never have what I want so I got the Cayenne & Garlic, and had to purchase the Ginger seperately ...

I did finally get to talk to Sassy though :heart: ...

Sarge I bought the Tea ... yuck I do NOT like tea

Zander & Missy, again, thank you for the suggestions ...

I truly feel like this evening, is going to a naughty one ... I feel a food fit coming on, because I am just always hungry ...

& after the day I had, I want some cookies & Milk (Fat Free) ... *pouting*

Good with the calcium, magnesium, zinc.

Take some tylenol for the headache. Still never tried Feverfew for migraines. Will try it next time I get one and tell how it works.
