Test driving a Maxima I see? Great car. My last one didn't have one problem in all the time I had it. The Caddy was in the garage it seemed like every month and the Pontiac just needed new breaks this week. :rolleyes:

LOL not for me ... I just got to pound it around a little bit ... quick little car ... looks nice & MUCH needed ... PLUS it just so happens I'm outta Sesapure & my friend gave me the rest of the bottle ... yee haw :)

*** I had a GREAT day today … after a much needed epiphany last night, I feel a sense of renewal, and I must focus on that. (Well, whaddya know, as soon as I type this … I just reach another low .. but it WILL be another high soon … It MUST) :rose: I have a load of files calling name on my desk to handle, but I took care of ME first today … as I promised myself I would. I had a great workout … & wished I could’ve run to the gym b/c it was beautiful out, but I know I had to get my Sanity Massage in. Hope those gym goers that hit the beach had a great time for me, like I told ya to!! My (rescheduled & long overdo) 90 minute deep tissue with “Magic Hands Katie” went awesome. When she says she didn’t go hard all of you would cringe, but in light of recent health issues, I let it slide :D ;). The majority of the time was spent on my back (again, this type 2 ½ weeks of NOT training …) and she really doesn’t like me not training (I :heart : her) tightens me up & one spot that wouldn’t ‘give’ is going to be addressed as soon as I make time to see her again & immediately follow that with the in house Doc (Chiro) to be adjusted, and THEN I was going to possible give acupuncture a try for stress relief. This is all something I have been planning, just so very difficult to work everything in to meet ONE schedule. Nails & pedicure completed as well (MUCH needed Fill & foot work, both nice & pretty Frenchly manicured) … After the *Bunny Approval* of Maxima, I can visit with the P’s & puppy, and it seems the normal Father’s day Plans will be rained out, upon which I am partly happy about, & still at the same time feel slightly guilty…. Oh and here comes my brother … just dropped of the boat ... long fun day on the water & they are all dark as h3ll ... I suggested proper moisturizer since the obvious SPF comments go unheeded … as will my other health suggestions I’m sure … “SPF …” “No Bunny .. Baby Oil …” :evil: … So on to my AM workout …

Meal # 3 : JUST A BOWL ... much left over, I will bring to my dad for Father's Day ... $100 he doesn;t eat it b/c he thinks it 'health $h1t' :rolleyes: (veggie anything)

Great girl ... and really work hard on that HIIT ... For those that incorp HIIT ... I am going to repost a comment on doing ~ 20 minutes of true HIIT posted previously by Daisy Girl ... "... if you are TRUELY going at 100% on the "hard intervals", you will not be able to do much more (than the ~ 20 minutes). For example, if you can do a HIIT sessions for 60 min, you are certainly not doing the intervals hard enough. After each hard interval, you should honestly feel like your heart is going to pound out of your chest, breathing should be extremely labored, and your legs feel like rubber.
Sprinting IS very effective, and quite easy - you don't necessarily need equipment to do it. (not easy as in workload, easy bec can do it anywhere)
But it is not the only thing you can do. You can do HIIT on anything - Spin bike, StepMill, stairs outside, etc ......

Effectiveness is all a matter of what YOU put into it."
