LOL. By the way I have notcied if I EAT WRONG CARBS OR SUGARS THEN MY MOOD SWINGS I FEEL TIRED AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT LIFE, OR BF...LOL
I THINK INSULIN LEVELS RISE AND REALLY GET ME IN A FREAK MOOD...EVEN IF MY HEAD SAYS ONE THING BODY WANTS ANOTHER.

You are right and I know it! It's just acceptance and remembering there is no free lunch!
I will try not to get hung up on the numbers, and compare myself to myself....yep yep.
Playing golf thsi morning and I am sure I will have a great time! I love golf! It's sooooooooooooo much like lifting, I can imagine people's eyes poping out as reading! LOL
As strange as it may seem, its got it's similarities.
Actual stoke and timing is so similar, getting the ball on target is another one, prescision!
Knowing that strength is not the way to go on the tee, as in lifting...Lifting without form will hurt you...It's a stange comparison I know...But oh so similar.
I hope the sunshines and I get some sense whacked into this head LOL.
