Aries what Bunny suggested is a good place to start, and see how that works for you, it worked great for Buns legs, but if I did that they would grow lol, but I'm also a lucky lady in a way cause I actually don't hold very much fat on them, even at 26% bf.

Hey Twinny! I was always afraid to even train legs for that very reason ... I did not want more growth. Even During the Shadow Project I was scared & after that, when cutting for that April shoot, I didn't do any leg work at all really ... and took 2 inches off my thighs & calves and leaned out to wear I look back now and think I was SKINNY ... Since then I added the 2 inches back on my legs, and obvious width up top ... but the leg measurements at full bulk, pre 2nd round of cutting did not change one bit, but the shape is completely different ... I finally accepted my legs, and trained them like I should train them ... I am happy I gave it shot :)

Yes you are lucky, your gams are beautiful ... :)

• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast (cooked from fresh in wok Fat Free EVOO spray, Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic) with ~ ½ tbsp EVOO drizzled over top for reheating, Garlic Pepper
• 2 cups mixed veggies (carrots, Broc, corn & added extra green beans)

8:15 P.M. -
Meal # 2 :
• ~ 4 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast (cooked from fresh in wok Fat Free EVOO spray, Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic) with ~ ½ tbsp EVOO drizzled over top for reheating, Garlic Pepper

*** I am going to sum it up right here what I have consumed in the past few days .. not WEEK, but few days … Treil & those dieting, seriously STOP reading … I have eaten General Tso’s Chicken, Veggie Egg Rolls, Veggie Fried Rice & regular white rice, fortune cookies (*Stop searching forever. Happiness if just next to you*), snickers popables, Starbursts, M&Ms (both Peanut Butter & Peanut), Reeses PB cups, Banana Nut Muffin, 1 gallon of Fat Free milk, 3 Rice Krispie Treats, Choc. Chip Cookies (both soft baked & with Reeses PB cups), Twizzlers, A spoonful of Skippy at my P’s house b/c I forgot what it tasted like, Flipz (chocolate covered pretzels), A Milk Chocolate bar, My dads vanilla & butter Pecan ice cream with added Hersey syrup, Dinner at my P’s (Mom got me ‘Broosters’ which is this chicken restaurant I use to eat at daily … contained chicken, small pork chop, rice & broc mix, potato wedges & texas toast), Cheese & Sausage baked Panzarotti, cheese sticks with dipping mar., fries with ketchup, after the hospital went to my fave mom & pop pancake house with the P's & had Greek Toast with Strawberry jam, Veggie skillet (with added meat, turkey Sausage and egg beaters :rolleyes: ), Stuffed Cinnamon Apple French Toast interlaced with cream cheese & regular syrup, glass of orange juice, small Pizza from Papa Johns with order of spicy buffalo wings with blue cheese for dipping, Cinna Swirl Sweet treat (which Is like a cinnamon pie/dough kinda thing), garlic parm breadsticks, and I think that about covers it …***

• ~1 Cup Garden Veggie Egg Beaters
• ~ 1 oz FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 Small Granny Smith Apple
• ~ 1 Cup Oatmeal with Cinnamon & splenda

***Yup you guessed it I was still hungry… so guess what I decided to do … finish the leftovers from last nights dinner *** :rolleyes:

Meal # 2 :

• 2 pieces leftover Pizza
• 4 left over wings with blue cheese
• 4 garlic parm breadsticks

***Diet Pepsi***

***Sprite*** - I drank a sprite?? WTF

Passed out on the couch for a few hours, heading back there after updating too ...


7:30 P.M. –
Meal # 3 :
• ~ 8 oz Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast (cooked from fresh in wok Fat Free EVOO spray, Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic) with ~1 tbsp EVOO drizzled over top for reheating, Garlic Pepper
• 1.5 cups mixed veggies (carrots, Broc, corn & added extra green beans)
• 1 tbsp Smart Balance Light

I am human sweetie .. I am honest .. no need to beat yourself up about minor flubs... just keep that AS THAT .. "MINOR" ... I admire you & your honesty, your honesty to yourself ... :rose:

And ya know what? The more muscular you get, the more progress you make, when you do have these food fits, R & R's and random craving/binges... the next morning you may look better when you think you'll feel & look like crap :) It's a funny thing, this body ... so keep at it ...

You want a little more sweetie? Well, there was a point where I could easily take down two bottles of vino and still want more, and not be completely inebriated ... coming of my dirty bulk/hiatus around Feb 06 ... line drawn, bottle dumped & look at where I am at again .. I am willing to post up my flubs to let you know you are not alone .. you just let me know when you need to hear one ... I'm sure I have many :) and I have no shame ... Look at the before pics you posted... the side by sides... you INSPIRE ME .. and I ADMIRE YOU ...

and gurl, I cannot begin to tell you how many anti's ive tried (anxiety, depressants, you name it) they have done more harm than good, and NOTHING for me ... and I opted to just say no ... I opted NOT to be loaded or comatose with meds that would prevent ME from being ME ... a topic to be discussed in person if you ever need to ... :rose: and when I say training is my outlet ... I LITERALLY mean it ... I finally found what worked for me ... can you imagine NOT have my 'meds' for the last 16 days??

Ahhh so anyway ... I try to be as honest as I can, and I am not perfect ... always with the fear that this, or the things I say will bite ME in the ass one day, but again, if it helps you, or some other person conquer his/her fear, overcome his/her obstacle, it was more than worth it to put my life & stories on the line because there was some one who benefited from it ... even just one ... one at a time I will help those that need it ... I must ...
