Glucorell-R – 2 caps 15 – 30 min before each meal
Lysine 500 mg – 1-2 tabs once today with a meal
Sesapure – 2 caps 1-3 X a day
Cran Max – 1000 mg Cran supp 1 cap 3-5 X a day
OxyCalm - 2 sprays each side 3-4 X a day (as needed)
PSEVEN - PM 2 spray inner arm

• 1 Cup Garden Veggie Egg Beaters with ~ 1 serving FF shredded Cheddar Cheese, Garlic Pepper
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple
• 3 oz diced Fit N Easy Grilled chicken breast cooked from fresh in my wok (Fat Free EVOO spray & Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic)

10:00 A.M –
Meal # 2 :
• 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple

Hey Roony! Thank you for checking in :heart:. Since my log is like my diary, given that I keep to the truth, I’d be lying if I said I am not miserable. And this stems BEYOND the K.I. That was just the icing on the unwanted cake.

My appetite is voracious. After I dumped 14 lbs since last Tuesday (only after 2-3 days), and yes, I do feel bloated, but the recent pics in my sig from 06/03/06 will probably show otherwise to you gals/guys. I don’t feel half as good as some say I look, and I am NOT fishing for compliments… EVER.

Awww :rose: :heart::rose: :heart: The K.I in itself was no party for me and it took a while for all of it to get out of my system. BUT as you can see, it does all go away and I think I've come back stronger and better for it. And I'm sure with your strength, you will do even better than that. So stay strong and hang in there :bigkiss:

I will let you in on a little secret. I didn't eat too well during the 3 weeks after I was diagnosed and during this time, I also wasn't working out at all. Well, I didn't gain any weight or fat. I dunno why, but I was peeing like a fountain, so I think everything was just coming out of my body. So I wouldn't worry too too much about the voracious appetite. Just try to take care of your body's needs at this time and do what you can without fighting it too badly.

FYI, Aries had the pleasure of seeing a full on back shot, well 2 pics actually, on what I look like from the back ... my pleasure in showing her what a self built muscular 'booty' looks like ...

I foresee another hibernation coming along .. just got off the phone with my spa & I'm going in for my deep tissue mid morning ... 90 minutes of pleasure derived from what most would consider pain .. ahhhh ... I am HOPING this will help provide an overall sense of relaxation in numerous ways ... The day or so before I have to go get some more work done regarding my current (physical) health debacle ... fun fun fun

Nice!! Your body is going to be extremely primed for training when it's "official" time to start hitting the weights and running again.
