Just wanted to say I spent about 4 hrs today reading your thread, pretty amazing transformation bunny! Very good motivator. Sometimes I dont feel well or feel weak and would really like skipping out on the gym but after reading this I dont think I could let myself be a wus.

• 2 cups mixed veggies (Fiesta blend (buncha beans & stuff I think) & added extra green beans)
• 1 tbsp EVOO & dash Sea Salt

8:00 P.M. –

Thursday AM before I left: I was 158 lbs when I left ... scale weight.

Upon returning...

Tuesday Night : Post Chinese ~174 lbs

Wednesday Morning: not even 11 hours later 167 lbs

(Today) Thursday Morning: 161.6 lbs

By no means do I think this is healthy or normal OR to be expected for everyone ... but this is seriously all water ... UGH
