Meal #1 - Protein Shake
1 scoop Isopure, 1 teaspoon Glutamine, I teaspoon Creatine
9:15 A.M. - Diet Pepsi, 48 oz water

1:05 P.M. – 2 Glucorell-R, 2 T-Rex
1:45 P.M. - * I was going to eat now, but I ate 2 pieces of Dentyne Tango and will stick it out another hour*
2:15 P.M. - Diet 7-up

I thought hey, I'm going to send some b4 and afters to my friend at her new job to show her how well I am doing (she knows nothing about the specifics of Shadow's Project, and I won't waste my time telling her either) and she writes :
