Yeah well Shaodw's advice about picking guys up at the gym.... Well I kinda picked up the wrong guy. I was doing the deadlifts and noticed a personal trainer staring at my butt and smiling... and then when I was done with my last rep for that set he came over and asked when I wanted to work-out with him, and I said I don't need to that I was doing just fine. My hot guy was at the other side of the gym. I think he is training up for a competition he looks like he has dropped some BF. No I stuill haven't talked to him... yeah yeah...

Seated Rows - 3 sets of 12-15 - 4 TUT 50/15 50/15 50/15
Pulldowns to the BACK- didn't use rope b/c i am an idiot so i used straight bar; 4 sets of 10-12 6 TUT 45/15 50/13 55/12 50/12
Hypers - 3 sets 10-12 - 4 TUT - Did these this morning 12/12/12
6:15 P.M. – multi vitamin
6:30 P.M. - Meal # 4 : Protein shake
1 scoop of ISOPURE
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
Diet Pepsi after shake

9:00 P.M.
Meal 5
- chicken cooked in xtra v.oliveoil with italian seasoning
- potato, 1/2 cup f.f. cheese
- steamed broccoli
- 48 oz water
- Glass pink Lemonade Crystal Light

Why? You only live once. Unless you're married or serious with someone just have some fun with it for awhile. Play safe, but play.
