Upright rows - 3 sets 12-15 reps - 4 TUT ; 35/12 35/12 35/15
Machine Press - 3 sets 6-8 reps - 6 TUT ; 50/8 50/6 50/8
Front Laterals - 3 sets 10-12 Reps - 4 TUT 8/12 8/12 (10/10 finshed with 8/2)
ABS - 6 TUT on all
Hypers - 12/12/12 - did these again since I didn't finish this morning
Hanging Leg Raises - 12/12/16 * these were more like 4 TUT*
Incline Situps - 15/15/15
6:15 P.M. – 1 Glucorell-R, multi
6:20 P.M. - Meal # 4: Protein Shake- 1 scoop Isopure, 1 teaspoon Glutamine, 1 teaspoon Creatine
6:30 P.M. - 48 oz water, some Crystal light
