Hypers - 12/12/12 - did these again since I didn't finish this morning
Hanging Leg Raises - 12/12/16 * these were more like 4 TUT*
Incline Situps - 15/15/15

6:15 P.M. – 1 Glucorell-R, multi
6:20 P.M. - Meal # 4: Protein Shake- 1 scoop Isopure, 1 teaspoon Glutamine, 1 teaspoon Creatine
6:30 P.M. - 48 oz water, some Crystal light

- chicken cooked in 2 tbsp xtra v.oliveoil, italian seasoning, mrs dash
- baked potato,1/2 cup Shredded Taco Cheddar
- steamed broccoli
- 48 oz water, Crystal light

My only beef is the back of my thighs... you cannot really see in the pic I posted, but either the camera is throwing up some unflattering shadows or the skin is loosening and dimpling a little.

I am thrilled with my accomplishment so far, but I'll have to post the other pic when I get home later

I have cellulite on my backside that I'm having problems getting rid of. Most women are cursed with this phenomenon. Only way to get rid of it is to drop our total body fat %.

I didn't have any on my butt pics #1 and #3 (sig)
