- 6 oz lean chicken cooked in xtra v.oliveoil
- Red Skinned potato, 1/2 cup fat free cheese
- Steamed Broccoli cuts
- 72 oz water

I'm glad I had today off, but I'm noticing all I want to do is lay around, do nothing, which leads to wanting to snack... :worried:
