Good stuff! lol

My favorite was the string bean girl who used the light weights and bad form. To see her doing side lat raises, you would think she didn't have weighs in her hands at all. She would just go on and on talking to someone during her sets. After that, she would move to the elliptical and do an hour of cardio. Nasty ass skinny fat syndrome! Nasty, nasty, nasty!!!!!

She was someone I already knew due to going to school and graduating with her, but she was also someone I would just shake my head at and chuckle while walking by. Not worth trying to explain anything to.

AWESOME! Congrats I know that's a smile of new achievement, and it's great seeing yourself do things that a month ago or even last week you thought were possibly unobtainable. Now you have new goals to set :)

I prefer these ...*Essential Enzymes - Source Naturals*

The brand I have now I cannot notice much of any difference. GNC's version.

Yesterday was a day off for me. It was suppose to be Sat. but I changed it to Sunday.

I am without car and have the day off from work, so I've been cleaning. Still feel cruddy, prolly should take another day off from training ... Still the foul mood is here. I have been taking the Oxy thru out these little mood swings and it hasn't helped ... not that I expected it to really, but I am feeling I need a sedative to calm me down.

Not PMS, life is not bad ...

Anyway, I watched The exorcism of Emily Rose last night and that kinda freaked me out. LOL

Personally I enjoyed both SAW movies and have SAW II here to watch, along with Elizabethtown. Not really into watching a sappy love story right now...

Throat still kinda 'off' but not painful when you swallow, it's been worse. Just uncomfortable.

The turntable in my microwave never really worked to begin with, so I tried to see what the problem was and my gentle forcing of the plate cracked the already incompetent piece in two, so now the part is broken (have to go thru the manufacturer :rolleyes: ugh) ... my dishwasher also has no power running to it so maintenance is suppose "to come make sure there is power before he calls GE" ... WTF after I told him it's a breaker ...

So as I am typing this my cable goes out, TV & of course computer, LOL so I am about to lose it again.

Locate the problem to the first floor banging outside, so I hang over the balcony asking it they are messing with the cable (as I am already dialing Comcast to give them an earful…) and to two bangers are doing something … “it’ll be back in a few minutes …”

My poor head is pounding & I just wanted to enjoy my day off...

Waa waa waa I’m a big baby please feel sorry for me … Ok I’m done venting.

Well I left work last night because I was burning up, but it was already 5 so it's not like I went home early. I wasted $50 on a thermo I left at my old place & didn't want to go back to the store, buy a new one and waste more money, so I grilled a bunch of chicken, took IBpro & Sudafed Severe cold, but I don't think it's helping. I'm not wheezing, hacking, or near as sick as I've been in the past, but my sinuses feel 'full', head aches, throat just WEIRD, and kinda lethargic. I slept in this morning and I feel like a :cow: b/c I already had 3 days off from lifting, this will be 4. I can't go home & sleep, and for once I was told to which means they must think I'm actually sick, but I have an account that just will NOT go away and cannot delegate any work to the others b/c it's just too much BS, and I don't feel like explaining to the mess & unnecessary work ... the other staff would have cut this client loose, but not me ... =(

Does hot steam help the head? Do you feel better after a hot shower? Maybe you could boil some water and sit over it with a towel over your head to get some of that junk out???...

Well I was going through Shadow's Project summaries compared to my log and there are some significant differences... I followed that program to a frickin T so I am wondering, other than the obvious GAP in the Program for a few weeks, was it edited behind the scences by mods or something?

I am frustrated as h3ll right now, I was working on something special & this only sets me back more.

Ugh Im annoyed.
