Oh, MAN!!! I know how you feel about the MYOPLEX shake. Those things taste like SHIT!!!! I'll NEVER buy that crap again. I tried to mix my glut & creatine in it and let's just say the results were less than stellar! lol

I spent some time last night going through my log from the beginning ... :) WOW ... I decided I don't want to start a new Thread because I am ATTACHED to every single moment in this thread.

I only wish whomever the person (or persons?) was who ruined EF's ability to use image shack would have not posted STUPID images because I miss seeing all my hard work and accomplishments, AND sharing them with everyone on here. Oh well ....

Reading through it makes me want to 'feel' that way again, but I am in a different place and have alot more 'body' now.

Sorry I'm rambling ... again today, something is just off ... I do not like this feeling. 4 hours 40 minutes to go ...

Friday Evening I am taking My brother & his fiance to Wildfire in celebration of their engagement :)

I HOPE to not go too ballistic & eat too much, but I KNOW I will ... no denying that.Menu

SO I plan to hit the new gym for Arms in the AM, then go spend some QT with my puppy at my parents ... then hit my old gym & get some R & R is steam room, sauna & hot tub. Was thinking about a mani & pedi but I'm not too sure yet.

I'm guessing after dinner we will meet up with other friends (more of my bro's) at the local watering hole / pool hall we use to frequent, since we will be in the old neighborhood ... which means :martini: for Bunny ... I am kinda afraid of myself, but I hope to set a good example :D

Yes Mr. George Spellwin has been making some changes, site has been on & off for the last 2-3 days now I think ... How many times can I hit re-fresh?? :)

I had a great workout this morning, talked to my old TP which was a good thing :), got my nails done, pedicure and going to get spray tanned around 5 ish.

I have busted my ass yesterday and will today to account for my dinner & other festivities tonight ... Next week I think I will be starting a new routine that's in the works now.

After telling him he was OBVIOUSLY not a threat to my honey, of course laughing with a smile got my drinks & the look on Mr. B's face was that of a hardass b/c he felt sick LOL ... he's at least 6'4, & me with my boots over 6' so pretty commanding looking couple ... - Mr. B commented dood needed to relax, just like his hair (it was hilarious at the time), so the oldies moved on to the next 10+ women who walked by ... Ahhh reminds me of the good ole days when I bartended with many men like him as customers ... & would happily take all their money.


Finally got to sit at one of the surrounding bar tables my neighbor & a PT from my old gym were dining at; they didn't want to wait 2 hours 45 min to be seated LOL. So they saved the table for us, we sit down, two minutes later we get our table ... go figure :)

Got to the booth I requested :D

* Small Wildfire Caesar -- Split b/w 3 of us and still some left in the bowl :)
* 2 Glasses of Sterling Cabernet

* NOT ENOUGH WATER

No dessert :(

Fit day cannot be accurate in the calorie estimates for these foods and I couldn’t find any nutritional info anywhere … so given the cals eaten & expended thr out the day, I roughly still have a 481 calorie deficit which I am VERY happy with. As long as I broke even I didn't care so mission accomplished ... To avoid any future temptation of the desserts, I advised them NOT to even think about bringing the D. Tray by :)

Only beef was I did make sure with 3 people that they do something special for My bro and his fiance, like a piece of cake or scoop of icecream with a single candle for them to blow out together ... but they forgot it. The guys at the front looked surprised when I told them dinner was fantastic but you forgot the most important part ... I don't enjoy making people feel bad, but after one specifically told me he would throw in a little something extra since we had to wait longer for out table, and then there was absolutely nothing brought on/done/said etc., the looks on their face as we were leaving appeased my brief disappointment ... The dinner was too good to let anything ruin it :D

Thanks T. The lighting was off b/c of that cuts looks faded and symmetry looks off. I'm starting to see major def when I'm doing Upright rows for instance, front and back look pretty wicked when I get a good pump going, esp the 'fingers' in the ant. delts.

Tri's still holding a little too much aqua ... all in due time, I know.

I am having a difficult time deciding what I want to achieve here. All I can say about it now really. I always figure it out though.

*Bunny*, I have something for you to consider that will help a ton with core stability and not change the effectiveness of the exercise. Grab a 25 lb. plate and hold it overhead while you do your walking lunges. You could also try holding the 15 lb. DBs in each hand, and that will be even more difficult. :)

:) I have done that :D ... works MUCH better than what I do now, holding the 15 lb DBs in each hand, but I'm not really allowed to drag plates to the upstairs track/boxing area :)

At my OTHER gym I use the plate, and for me it makes it much easier to hold the weight(s) up opposed to at my sides (I'm more wobbly) :)

Ladies I think you should def. try Nelms suggestion here. I've done it & feels great :) Next leg day, I want to hit old gym so I can do 'em the 'fun' way :evil:, and of course add some Kickboxing goodness. It's funny though b/c all the people think I've gotten 'big' ... :rolleyes: They'll see sooner or later ...

Yes it sure does :) I actually had to stop myself and say NO MORE that was enough ... and I DID bust my @$$ dripping sweat etc.

The weight is same time every day (I weigh) after emptying bladder (prolly 2-3 times during the night) as well. :)

That would be hillarious! I can't stand snoring if I get married they absolutely cannot snore. It ruins my sleep, and if I don't sleep well.... Well it's just not pretty!

Treilin, not sure if you can pick and choose if they snore or not, especially when they are sick...you just have to nudge them so that they change positions OR you fall asleep before they do!! ;) No problems

On a side note, I have to say that I, in fact, love the roman chair...but, then again I am in the minority on this and I am ok with it! :qt: :heart:

Funny....I was wondering why the original nutritional info. on the box was covered up with a *new* nutritional info. sticker over it. Guess that would be why, huh? Looks like they've fixed that problem. Good stuff though!

Hope the throat's feeling better.....maybe some Haagendaz (sp) or something similar would help with that!!! lol ....just kidding! Don't do that! Oh, I know....Chrystal light with a bunch of ice in the blender!!!! That oughta do it! :p .....maybe a spash of Vodka?

* Do not cycle Cardio Breeze / Trex while cutting (Bunny Specific)
* Strength decreases when doing PM weights
* ^^ also affected when not taking Purecee
*The grass isn't always greener on the other side, just a different shade of green ....

I think when people expect to 'feel it' they are assuming it will *hit* em hard, like when you take a valium or anti-anxiety etc .... Of course you're not going to 'feel it' with those expectations.

It's quite pleasant, but still early ...

Oh yeah, that's that beginning of mildew smell. I used to rarely get it in Tennessee, but since I've moved to Florida and there is so much heat and so much moisture in the air (and since my washer and dryer are in the garage) I can't even let washed clothes sit in the washer for even one day or I have to rewash them with a little bit of bleach. eeewwwyyuuuck.
