Funny I haven't seen him since I posted that. Probably scared him away.... Nah I usually see him on monday's so we'll see. I'm eating now I'll hit the gym at about 6:45. He usually gets theer around ohhh between then and 7:15 that I have noticed. Thanks to Shadow though there will be no chance of working out with him today since there are no Leg extensions or hamstrings...

5:20 P.M. - Yohimburn ES
5:45 P.M. - Legs:
Lunges - Walking, 12 lb DB's 4 sets of 12 per leg
Stiff deads - 4 sets, 6 TUT 15/bar+10, 12/bar+15, 8/bar+15, 6/bar+15
Step Ups - 15 lb DB's, 3 sets 12 per leg
Butt blaster - 4 sets each side - 12 reps/30 lbs 10/30 12/30 10/30
Sitting calf press - 4 sets, 6 TUT - 12 reps/140 lbs 12/160 12/140 12/140 *I'll be honest, I couldn't do standing with barbell across shoulders
6:45 P.M. – 2 Glucorell-R, multi
7:00 P.M - Meal # 1:
Protein shake
1 scoop of ISOPURE
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
7:30 P.M. - Diet Pepsi

To late... I already did the work-out and boy my quads are yelling at me, and my butt! Funny I noticed he changed his routine up today. He was doing lunges when I looked over. To bad I already did lunges and there was NO way I could do any more.

- 6 oz lean chicken cooked in xtra v.oliveoil, sprinkle italian seasoning
- small baked potato, 1/3 cup sharp cheddar
- steamed broccoli
- 480 mL water
