75 SECONDS OF RECOVERY @ 6-8 incline 3.5 ish
9 CYCLES (1st one was half ass so I re-did it)
8:15 A.M. - 2 Glucorell-R, 1 T-Rex
Meal # 1: Protein shake
1 scoop of ISOPURE
1 teaspoon creatine
1 teaspoon glutamine powder
*Tart enough for me to leave out fruit, I added lots of ice to make it thicker
10:00 A.M. - Diet Pepsi
