Welcome to the world of being human :) Yep it happens to the best of us!

Honestly, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory made me sick to my stomach w/ all the sugar. Some is good. Lots is sickening.

Well, I had the most horrendous food fit last night ... so I slept on it and satisfied what cravings were left today... but man was it tough, and I didn't go out without a fight.

I put up a hissy fit & wouldn't let Mr. B put in Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, b/c I was craving sweets and that movie was full of things I was craving .... I'm glad b/c he is finally starting to recognize my BF's (bitch fits) and be my strength when I'm feeling week. Plus he no longer gets mad at me b/c sometimes I say things I don't mean when I can't get my way or eat some cupcakes :)

Way to go honey!

I'm such a friggin idiot sometimes.

;)
That's a good man!!! Bunny, you're so silly :lmao: Sounds like Mr. B's on to you!!! lol

It's so much easier now that the ANPB is not calling to me in the middle of the night. He wasn't training with me (or like me/as much as me) until about Aug-Sept 05 so it completely changed our relationship... in a BETTER way :)

His first food fit was hilarious :) I'm like I TOLD YA SO!!!

Go, Bunny! Woohoo to the "wings"! Spread those lats wide and fly. :) LOL!
:D I came out of my 'zone' today for alittle while at the gym this morning and noticed a few things. Guy #1 trains with his trainer early in the morning and stopped what he was doing to say hi to me and wave, (like one of your friends would, but I have never spoke to the man in my life ... they see me in the morning lifting heavy weights :)) I smiled, put the DB's back and went back to training ... you can tell when you are being watched. Guy # 2 caught me flexing in the mirror and kinda looked away and smirked. He's always there with his GF (I'm assuming) trying to get her to lift weights, but her form is *not-so-good*. Guy # 3 is a trainer there that resembles a very lifelike Mr. Clean. I realized this morning how I love to watch guys like him lift or train, without appearing stalkerish or that I'm interested (as I am very taken). I love seeing the ropes in the arms, and the PUMP in muscles *sigh*... Not TOO big but Big :) ... ahhh I LOVE MUSCLES! Forgot one, Guy #4 last two days, made it a point to ask what I was tracking, training for, etc. Harry. He told me I could remember his named b/c Clint Eastwood is his father, i.e. Dirty Harry. LOL ;)

There are two more guys who look like characters from the movie Innerspace. One, was the lab tech who Martin Short sneezes on his glasses, and the other, the Cowboy. I had to google 'em to make sure they've aged, b/c these two are younger versions of the actors for sure. It's SO funny when I acutally people watch, since I know others watch me & think I'm crazy :) Nothing to report with the ladies other than I get weird looks, nothing new. I usually smille at everyone when I'm not busy training & grunting.

Today was fun ... I had a great workout, thought I'd share.

Been busy all morning, thanks for checkin in Scorpian :D

Ab work – Had a tape I use to do memorized, so I did this while waiting for Mr. B (I play ‘trainer’ in the evenings for him usually)

1 L water, Glass Berry Blend Tropicana Light

8:30 ish P.M.

Meal # 6:
• Bought one of those Roasted Chickens from the Grocery Store & split it in half with Mr. B (I’m guessing 8-10 oz chicken + skin),
• 1.5 Cups Green Beans
• Smart Balance Light & Sea Salt to taste

Before Bed ...

Meal # 7: 1 oz Raw Almonds, more water

2 SesaPURE, Melatonin

I have no idea my cals for the day … I’m guessing around 1600 too low, fat should hold me over till morning so no worries…

Trust me honey, I sure ate for pleasure... at least for one meal a week.

From Sept-Dec was my off time and I (basically) ate clean here and there, which is now 'normal' but I ate whatever I wanted ... now that I think of it , that WHOLE time I did not eat ANPB LOL .:)

DaisyGirl was the one having the baby, but I sure felt like I was doing the eating for her :chomp:

Glad you're having a better day! I'm a people watcher too. It's one of my favorite passtimes. Especially at the gym or beach! I get the looks from the ladies too, but I have the added bonus of breast implants, so they give me the extra shitty looks! lol

Congrats on the year, Girl!! :)

LOL - I definitely get the bitter looks, but also, more curious than anything ... "Why is she lifting those heavy weights?" Kinda thing :)

Oh, and I saw dude again at the gym with these faded fluorescent Hammer-like pants ... very tapered :worried: eek

Don't have to worry about my ta ta's, those babies will be gone in another month or so, I'll enjoy while they're here :)

Question - DO you find any particular exercise hard to do, or that you DONT do b/c the implants? I remember hearing someone say NO to decline Chest Press b/c it feels like they're going to pop out ...

I do not do squats, esp. unassisted at my new gym. I will NOT use the Smith Machine and prefer to go Ass to grass ...

If you read my log you'd know I try not to lift heavy with any Leg exercises focusing on the Quads b/c they BLOW up :)

Steps Ups Lunges SLDL High grade Tread walking etc keeps em hot :)

Common mistake :)

:p

MAYBE, MAYBE I'll do some after I lean out and see where my legs are :)

I grew up with the thunder thigh nickname + I played soccer my whole life ... POWERful legs ... I prefer them less massive :)

I'm guessing they'll be larger than this w/o squats this time around

LOL at the guy in the Hammer pants!!!!:lmao: Isn't it funny how people just get "stuck" in a certain era?!?! I make it a point EVERY DAY to look around and take notice of the new styles and fads. I'm not a "fashion" person, but I also don't want to be wearing pants that button all the way up by my boobs either! lol

I don't even have to SAY anything about the stares because of the heavy weight - you already know what they're thinking! lol ...(I better not piss HER off!!)

Nope, no problems with the implants. I can do whatever chest training I want and have no discomfort what-so-ever!

I would have never guessed from those little panties & cute @$$ jeans you had on in your recent pics ... :)

Oh, & the Hammer dude ... I mean they are bad ... AND faded ... I sually don't judge another's style in the gym, but I remember Necia's story of the guy in the goggles and almost pee'd my pants ... Seriously ... lol

I'll have to check my schedule at work. I've got a free plane ticket I have to use up before August so I should have no problem getting there. Just getting the time off "might" be tricky.

You're probably going to think I'm crazy (and IP, too, but what's new - :twirl: ), but I think it would be cool to see your legs with a little more mass than what are in the pics. And don't get me wrong...they look GREAT!

Nice belly button ring! ;) IP is getting one when we get back to the US! :twirl:

SG, I am very, very sneaky....

Do not underestimate the sneakiness.

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Thank you! Those are from August though. I don't think I need more mass, simply need to do some reshaping. I cannot stand when my thighs touch and rub together, no matter how lean & muscular they are ... Gosh that is like nails on a chalkboard to me, I truly HATE it.

This morning at the gym ... I saw Towel Man & The Knitter ... The lady is this little tiny thing and she is always knitting when she's on the treadmill... Don't get me wrong, I do NOT wish her any harm but I can help to this she is going to fall onto one of her rods (or whatever they're called)... I am actually surprised no one says anything to her.

Towel Man has some great calves, but he wears a towel around his neck and tucked into his shirt, resembling someone walking around very stiff with a back brace on ... still trying to figure that one out.

Oh and I talked to Mr. Clean today, told me they will do my BF w/ calipers for no charge, SO I'm Prolly going to start tracking that next week. My digital ones put me at 19% right now SO we shall see.... ;)

I actually look different in person then the photos :) or so I've been told ...

We were entertaining the idea of hitting Treil's show summer time :) pending every 1's work obligations I'm guessing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sassy, Ulter, Shadow, HabitualHealth, JensCats, MattTheSkywalker, Chef, Frisky, NYC Girl, aap, foreverhung ... I think that was it. AWESOME time ... AWESOME :)

LOL Thank you :)

AWESOME :)

I would absolutely LOVE to meet some of the people on this board!! It would definitely be an honor as well as a freaking BLAST! ;) We will have to see what we can do.

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

I LOVE animals! I didn't know I liked birds as much as I do until my dad started building feeders and putting them all over the place! lol

Last fall, I was getting ready to mow the lawn and a chipmunk was running around my garage. I thought he was lost, so I chased him out. A couple of weeks later, Mr. S and the daughter were rearranging the garage and that SAME chipmunk was in the garage again. I think he was living in the lawnmower bag. He was lifeless and couldn't walk. It was so sad. We took him inside and forced him to drink water and gave him an organic apple/oatmeal dog treat. Within a couple of hours, he was trying his damnedest to sit up and eat that treat! Cute little stinker! We couldn't let him go, because all the leaves were already gone and he had no food stored. So we have a resident chipmunk until the spring freeze is over.

I've had all kinds of wild animals. When I was in my teens I had 2 pet chipmunks that my dad made a big cage for. Since you "never know" when you're going to need to "rescue" animals, he keeps a couple of cages, including this one. Our little chipmunk has a VERY nice house!.....and he's a complete MONSTER now too...and a pig! I want to name him Alvin, Simon or Theodore, but my daughter won't let me! lol

Isn't he cute?!?!?!

He would only let us handle him when he was "almost dead"! He doesn't bite, but then, we don't try to hold him if he's not wanting "human" contact! lol

I don't know if he's actually a "he", but I'd rather not call him IT.

Just wanted to say good morning!!! Pictures are looking great... I had time to go back and catch up in your log.
I didn't see all the interest in coming to my show before now! I'm so excited!!!
Wow I had a smile on my face and still do! I'm thinking of everything we could do. I know it's going to be party time afterwards. Since my other friends here are also going to be going. One of my friends will also be in the show so it's going to be a blast! I have a large enough house to accomodate people and 2.5 bathrooms, 3 couches, a massage table (the person better not fall off), and maybe another bed, and of course the floor. I also have a pool right around the corner from my house part of the home owners association I am in. Yipppeeee

Well that would just be insanely awesome :) I figured I wouldn't hammer it in until things were somewhat scheduled b/c I NEVER make plans and break them ... I can't stand that ... My friends (or what's left of them) also get mad b/c I never commit to anything ... blah blah blah :) It would be VERY fun. I am definitely trying to make it happen :)

I 100% agree with you! I totally know where you are coming from... It is better to say that you will try to be there then to commit and have to bail. I'm the same way!!! So no worries!

I will post more hopefully by weeks end for more comparisons as I lean out slowly but surely.

I feel SO mentally drained these days, I am hoping to take Friday off, and will probably spend the whole day at the gym & with my puppy at my P's house. I have to go out to dinner with My Bro & his Fiance, to my FAVORITE restaurant, in celebration of their engagement ... so I KNOW that will be my cheat meal, no guarantees I will not over endulge either :worried:

I have to duck out for awhile ... Everyone have a great day ;)

I have to drink it COLD so I have to wait until after I get home from the gym.

I usually have ISO Shake but someone keeps forgetting to send me my protein *ahem*

Everyone have a great day ;)
Yeah I haven't figured out what I want for a cheat meal this week. I'm been craving Olive Garden's soup and salad combo with the breadsticks. Not sure but that's what I may end up doing.
Yeah try and have some down time to up your mental well-being. I have been drained the past year with school, but I'm now getting some energy back. It feels so much better!

I have to drink it COLD so I have to wait until after I get home from the gym.

I usually have ISO Shake but someone keeps forgetting to send me my protein *ahem*

That's right....I forgot: instead of sneaky, sneaky, you are Picky, Picky. :FRlol:

I didn't see all the interest in coming to my show before now! I'm so excited!!!
Wow I had a smile on my face and still do! I'm thinking of everything we could do. I know it's going to be party time afterwards. Since my other friends here are also going to be going. One of my friends will also be in the show so it's going to be a blast! I have a large enough house to accomodate people and 2.5 bathrooms, 3 couches, a massage table (the person better not fall off), and maybe another bed, and of course the floor. I also have a pool right around the corner from my house part of the home owners association I am in. Yipppeeee

Trelin, I for one would REALLY love to have a EF union and see you at your show. Hopefully we can get quite a few of the wonderful ladies here together so we can see in person how well all the hard work you've been doing has paid off. That would be AWESOME!!

Take the time you need to rest and revitalize, Bunns! Your plan for Friday sounds great! I took today off as a study day, but it's turning out to be a "hang out and relax" morning. I really NEED it though! I woke up at 6am to go to my spinning class and felt like I was "barely there". I came home and fell back asleep for 2hours. Now I am feeling somewhat human again ;)

I made the BIG mistake of trying to go jean shopping so I could go to my friends housewarming party on Saturday. I mean I really live in workout clothes, sweat suits, comfy clothes etc and NONE of the jeans I own fit right or look good, even my fat jeans I kept on hand for the "bulking" phase just don't work.

I am not set on the size or #, I just want a pair to LOOK and FEEL DECENT ... I even tried on a bunch of guys jeans, and of course hangy crotch look didn't look too hot.

I was miserable on saturday night, didn't end up going, feel like a jerk, and just bummed around for the rest of the evening and the following day. It wasn't just the shopping, I was mentally and physically depressed ... progressing ever day as the week got closer to the weekend. UGH it sucked. And Shopping is the devil right now.

Do you ever wear Levi's? I always try to find jeans that fit and look right, and I ALWAYS come back to Levi's. Superlow's are my fave!

I FEEL you!!! I bought two pairs of Bke jeans from the Buckle, and I have gotten compliments on them left and right, people have stopped me and asked me what brand I am wearing and where I bought them. I never had so many compliments on 2 pairs of jeans in my life. Plus since you are taller they have the taller jeans so it doesn't look like you are ready for a flood! That's why I bought them.. I have pretty long legs. I know the feeling of living in work-out clothes, and a few dress pants and sweaters. That's pretty much all I can wear right now...

Here's the website

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Treil those are WAY cute.

Thanks for the tips ladies. SG I haven't tried Levi's either. I think I'll try this weekend... well maybe LOL

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

Ah jeans............. the strechy kind are usually the best
I like Lucky brand but they are $$$

I found a pair of low cut, boot cut stretch lee jeans that fit.

Otherwise - it's yoga pants.
I just did laundry this weekend and I have 17 pair of black ones alone and those are just for daily wear. (SCARY)

Don't feel bad funny Bunny - you look better naked.

:)

I have a pair Of Lucky's I love but those are in the category of "can get over the thighs"

I have 4 others hanging in my closet with the tags still on them, I could make some serious cash if I could only sell the for actual price on Ebay ...

I would spend $300 on a pair of jeans easy if they actually fit right, whether in the length, waist, thigh, calf, crotch, lean phase, bulking phase... WHATEVER ... I really can care less about the size. Be comfy and I'll wear them daily, I'll sleep in dem bitches, just friggin FIT!
*rant over* :)

I just made the mistake of trying to go shopping when I was coming off a week of being depressed, stressed and feeling like CRAP ... THAT IS A NONO in the woman's handbook ... I shoulda known better.

Thanks for the Tip Vel. The last comment make me fall off my chair :bigkiss:

Re: *Bunny* 2005 Log

I've never tried it - but I know a guy BB that does.
Why not get a pair of jeans you love in a larger size and have them tailored?

Bunns, I wish you lived around me. There's a jean specialty store here in Philly where the owner just looks at you when you walk in and can hand you the best fitting jeans that he has. He doesn't even ask you for your size. You just have to describe the fade and cut you're looking for and he then does his magic. At most, you try on 3 pairs of jeans and will find one that you love. Sure, they cost a pretty penny, but heck, I wear the few I own ALL the time. Now if I could only find a bathing suit store that does this...

Well, I tried some protein again, yesterday, since I hadn't had any in a few days. About 6 gulps into it...nausea. I only hurt for about 20 minutes this time, but that's because I hardly drank any! It's just going to be food for me...no shakes for a while. :( Sucks.

NICE location. ;) :FRlol:

I just about fell out of my chair laughing at I have about 6 of those in that category that don't go over the thighs! I bought those two pair at the Buckle in bigger sizes, baggy, and straight leg because I knew I would be growing and I would need something. Also since most of my jeans used to be the flare cut they always taper in at the knee and I have pairs I can't get 2 inches over my knees now. I'm like what the heck category do those fall in? I mean if you can get them over your butt you can tilt yourself 3 different directions and slide them up over the caboose, and then you can lay down to button them up if that's another issue. If you can't get them over the thigh let alone knee cap.. I don't see me wiggling my legs around to make them fit. I guess Salvation Army is going to be getting a lot of nice clothes, because honestly I don't think I'll ever be back into a size 0 or 2 and seriously I don't want to be. I like my muscles!

LOLOL - This morning as I was getting ready for work, I put on my (large) Linen-like Button up blouse, kinda 'cargo' looking with pockets on the 3/4 length sleeve ... after I got it over the elbow, I tried my darnest to stretch it out but it was just way too tight, I knew I would freak out during the day so I try to take it off... rip the sleeves as I try to pull them back off my arms, so I said WTF and just "She-Hulked" the rest of the shirt ... buttons flying, cloth ripping, Mr. B stares in awe like WTF just happened ... I say "Ahhhhh much better" and put on a baggy T-Shirt. :verygood:
