WOW!!!! girl those pictures are crazy!!!!! I think someone said earlier that we will be seeing you on the next cover of oxygen I SECOND THAT!!! Where do you live again? and when are the face pics going up?

2:45 P.M. – 2 D-Root, 2 TYR-2, 2 Cardio Breeze, 2 Dietex , 1 Glucorell

Meal #3:
- 4 oz. Fit'n easy Fresh Chicken cooked in .25 tbsp Hain Extra Lite Olive Oil with Italian Seasoning, Mrs Dash Tomato Basil Garlic
- ¼ cup brown rice
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 tbsp (w/ water) FF Henri’s Dressing
- 16.9 oz water

4:00 P.M. - 1 serving Trident White

5:30 P.M. - 3 cardio breeze, 3 PureCEE, Women's Ultra Mega GNC

5:45 P.M. - Meal #4: 2 scoops ISO AGB, 2 tsp EnerG Glutamine

6:20 P.M. - No YES, Out of it

Cardio - Ran to the gym and back - a litte more than 3 miles

Assisted chin machine -
70/12, 70/10, 80/15

Seated rows...straight bar -

One Arm dumbell rows - Palm Facing Down, Straight arm

- 1/4 cup Reduced Fat Sargento Cheddar Cheese & Pepper for eggs
