**My 1st actual day following the project was Jan 26th and today March 26th, I will be making some changes to my Program, it's about that time...
I will be adding some different stuff (**please do not copy what I do** without being properly informed on the supps), cycling off T-Rex, replacing it with Cardio Breeze and a few other goodies I am STOKED about (CHANGE is so GOOD).
Updated pics bodyfat and measurements to follow shortly on a separate post.**


7:15 A.M. - 1 Cardio Breeze, multi vitamin, 3 PureCEE, 32 oz water

Assisted chin machine -
60/8, 60/7, 60/7, 50/6

Seated rows
...straight bar - Lowered Weights to focus on form, wrist was popping all funky, ehhh
55/6, 45/12, 40/12, 40/12

One Arm dumbell rows - PULL STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN PALMS FACING BACK
3 sets of 10 reps with 8 lb DB
one more set of 8 reps with 10 lb DB

hypers - 3 sets of 10
10 lb Plate for 10 reps
15 lb DB for 10 reps x 2

ABS - 1 set of 20 Full Incline Situps, 6 TUT
DAY 3 - PASS THE BALL.....
Stability Ball/ 10 crunches
Stability Ball/ 15 crunches
3 lb Medicine Ball / 15 crunches (couldn't pass this to the legs very well)
Stability Ball/ 15 crunches

Sanity cardio - Arc Trainer 20 Minutes

11:00 A.M. - 1 Glucorell-R, 500 mg D-Root, 32 oz water

11:15 A.M. - Meal # 1: Protein shake - 2 scoops of ISO AGB, 3 Strawberries
Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi

My calipers said 16.7%, I tried the Tri pinch twice... Im sure it's lower

Well, my original guy was there (that has done it the past 4 times...)

SO my foot is in my mouth, I was wrong...
1st time it said 18.6%
I made him do it again, still at 17.4% according to the calipers...

I cannot believe that for a second and I am not about to stress over it.

And just for fun the Tanita Scale said 17.4% hahaha

I should add I am not upset because these #'S DO NOT MAKE or BREAK ME...


I am in the BEST SHAPE I have ever been in my life... I feel friggin FANTASTIC, and my clothes are literally falling off of me...My muscles are popping and I LOVE to look at them and feel them :D

When my 'photog' gets here I'll get the weekly updated pics up for all to see...I look and feel great.

Thank you everyone for all of your help and support... it helps me TREMENDOUSLY get through get each day
