thanks a lot for advices everyone, now I really direct on increase muscle.
So I need your help again. Is this for increase muscle OK???

My workout program:

MO - chest 4x3x 10
bice 3x3x 10
abs

Thu - HIIT 30 min
WE - Legs 5x 3x 10
Tric 3x 3x 10
Abs

Thur - HIIT 30 min
Frid - back 4x 3x 10
schuld 4 x 3 x 10
abs

Satu - OFF
SUN - Cardio low to moder inten 30-35 min

Eating plan: If I going to sleep in the morning after job

1.Meal {before workout}
1/2 cup oatmeal + 1/4 cup Fiber one cereal {25 carbs} - 9 fiber
1/4 cup dry oat bran {10 carbs} - 7 fiber
4 egg whites
2 teas yoghurt

2. Meal {after workout}
protein 25 g + 1/2 cup oatmeal+ 1/4 cup bran + piece of fruit {33 carbs } - 12 fiber

3. Meal
25-30 g protein { fish, chick, tuna turkey..} + 3 oz swee pota or br. rice or barley or lentils + veggies

4. protein 25 g {cottage chee, egg whit, or tuna} + veggies

5. protoein + veggies {before work - job}

6. 25 g protein + vegies
7. 20 g protein {eggs or cottage...} {before bed}


Eating plan 2 If I going to sleep before job

1. Meal 12:30 AM
1/2 cup oatmeal+2 teas yoghurt
1?4 cup dry oat bran
1/4 cup Fiber one cereal
4 egg whites

2. Meal
20 g protein
veggies
barley or 3 oz swee pot

3. before workout
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup oat bran
20 g protein

4 after workout
25 g protein shake + piece of fruit or lentils, rice

5. Meal
25 g protein
veggies

6. Meal 5PM
20 g protein {cottage or egg whit or shake} before bed


so what do you think is it OK please critiqu it and give me some advices
