bulking diet help!

i've just started training again i'm 6'0 180 pounds probably about 20% bodyfat heres my bulk diet do you think i need to make any changes.
meal 1: 8am 1scoop whey protein
2 bowls weetabix
1 portion of fruit

meal 2: 11am 4 slice wholemeal bread
1 tin of tuna
1 low fat yogurt
400ml semiskimmed milk

meal 3: 230pm 100 g pasta
1 tin tuna

meal 4: 6pm boiled potatoes
1 chicken breast
broccoli
400ml milk

pwo 2 scoops whey 1 banana

meal 6 9pm same as meal 4

its about 3200 calories
 
Holy smokes....thought i needed help! As Des told me before...go to the top of the page and ready the "stickies". They actually do help to figure out the basics of what you are doing. Start there, then come back with the questions in the areas you dont understand. There are some really smart people on here that have helped me quite a bit. Just do a little homework on here, and it helps everyone point you in the right direction.

meals 1-4 double the protein (2 scoops of whey, 2 tins of tuna, 2 chicken breasts)

besides that, everything else isnt bad.
 
I dont see any red meat, brown rice, sweet pots, or eggs at all. You might really want to read the stickies and reassess the whole thing. You just need to add some bits and pieces here and there. But I would recommend adding more protein and more carbs for sure. Any supplements other than whey????

I would replace the wheetabix with oatmeal - lower GI
Replace the bread with either brown rice/ yams or low GI carb source
Add brocooli to meal 2
Milk is OK but some people prefer to avoid it beacuse of bloat and sugar
I would add a final meal sbefore bed to keep you +nitrogen while you sleep repair - slow release protein - eggs/ cottage cheese/ cassien protein+peanut butter etc
