#1.... 50-70 gram isopure whey protien mixed w egg-beaters(whites) and a bowl of natures promise instant oatmeal. 9g of sugar.
#2.... 2-3 pieces of grilled chicken w some veggies,( switch it up between 1/2 sweet potato, tomato n cucumber, chic peas, broccoli) also couple hard boiled eggs (no yoke)
#3..... about 70 gram protien shake, isopure mix w the egg beaters(whites) w an orange or banana
#4.... 1/2 of a turkey or chicken sandwich on ww
#5..... after gym. another shake 50-70 grams protien shake
#6..... 2 pieces grilled chicken or 2-3 hard boiled eggs (no yoke)
#7.... maybe if any room left another little shake 50g pro. before bed..
let me know what you think? im trying to build muscle! then in couple months go super clean, no carbs after 4 pm. carbs will be from fruits n veggies only.
also would like to go over my work out! I wanna get jacked! JACKED!! then RIPPED, SHREDDED!!
