Thanks Moya and SMC!! Besides both of you, my fiancee and me I think we are probably some of the very few people who work shift work and still maintain great physiques and/or stay healthy!! Most of the men I work with are over 250lbs and less muscle than I have lol!! I say good job to us, because I know we are a dying breed!!

Hey britts just read your last 4 pages gurl and you are doing outstanding!
With your years of lifting tho I am truely concerned about your leg extensions.....ok I know and nuff said, I promise this is the last time. But...we only get one set of knees sista and they have to last us our whole life. From all my research the artificial ones at best are a very poor substitute.
Drop the leg extensions completly. For you your sake do this.

No but seriously they do suck. I hurt my knee doing them when I was 18 and it's never been the same since.

Zed, I will drop them on my next leg day! It is just weird for me to do the front squats my knees wobble and tremble horribly!! I have been doing them though!!

The work has begun for my turnaround which sucks but I will try and post as much as I can!!

The tremble and wobble are normal because your stabilizers for them are weak. Once you start doing them, like anything, they will get stronger and the trembles and wobbles will go away...well while doing your exercise anyhow, you will probably tremble and wobble as you walk out of the gym :evil: :D
 
Brittany are you doing front squats with the clean grip or the crossed arm grip I've tried to do them before and it is awkward for me to say the least but after reading this I may wanna try them again. Most ppl I see used the cross arm grip thats the one I first used but I think I'm gonna try them with the clean style. Just looking for some feedback maybe zed will comment also

When I first started doing Ft Squats I used the cross arm grip and always had problems with the dam bar falling forward.
So then I tried the clean grip. NOT!
Now I use my lifting straps looped around the bar and love it. If you have trouble picturine this let me know and I will put up link here in Britts log for you all.
