[FONT="]I am just beginning to build strength back into my legs. I can no longer lift as much as I used to but I know the muscle is still there. Is there anything out there that helps bring unused muscle groups back to their former glory? Is this a job for glutamine or is it more of a "back to square one" situation? There have been times when I have stopped benching for a while and it dropped a good 45 plate or so but I brought it back to 295 again within around 5 weeks.[/FONT]
