Its been a while since ive been back here , fell off this summer gained like 10 lbs went from 261 to 271 272 and never fluctuated back down! i started back on my whole routine but wanted to know if im overdoing my breakfast , as of right now ive been eating
3 egg whites / 1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop whey
i dont know the numbers on it but im assuming its pretty well balanced to hold me down ? but am i overdoing it if im trying to cut is the question i have all my other meals set just wanted some bor's opinions on this
