breakfast question

Its been a while since ive been back here , fell off this summer gained like 10 lbs went from 261 to 271 272 and never fluctuated back down! i started back on my whole routine but wanted to know if im overdoing my breakfast , as of right now ive been eating

3 egg whites / 1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop whey

i dont know the numbers on it but im assuming its pretty well balanced to hold me down ? but am i overdoing it if im trying to cut is the question i have all my other meals set just wanted some bor's opinions on this

Looks kind of light but a question;

What's the rest of your daily diet look like?
 
9 am - 1 scoop whey / 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg / 1/2 cup oats


11 45- 10 almonds pre workout (handful)

12-2 - lift

2:00 - pwo shake - 2 scoops whey/30g carbs - waxy maize

3:00 - 1 chicken breast 1 sweet potato or yam

6:00 - 1 chicken breast - 1/2 scoop whey

7:00 - lift

8: 30 - 2 -3 peices of steak or chicken with either a green or some brown rice / complex carb

I dont know numbers just that this is my baseline im 271 6"0 probably like 25% bf and im saying that rounding up just to be sure
