box squat height question

hey i just started box squats last week. i love em i never knew i could move so much weight and not use my quads. i use super wide stance feet touching the power rack. i only feel it in my glutes and hams. i am 6 foot 2 and i am squattingonto a 12 inch box do u think that is to low. parallel is like 14 or 15 i think. is that an ok height for de day as long as i can do it or should i move it up just because. i never thought i was flexible but i have no problem getting down on that box and back off. i jsut did not know if i was gonna hurt myself in any way or hinder myself by using such a low box thanks for the advice. :)

Alternate, but train off a box that is at parrallel or right under, save the real low box for special occasions. How wide is your rack btw? Our monolift is like 56-57" I think I can barely get that wide and train well inside it but others are right against it.

my rack sucks, only like 42" from side to side so i may have to move my feet outside the posts after i get some more flexibility
