(1) What's the best way to measure body fat percentage. I have been working out for some time but still feel as though I am a fatty. Looking to really tighten up the routine and the eating better. I for the most part in my opinion eat somewhat well and I have tried to limit cheating or splurges but as always it is very hard.
(2) Lately I have been working on a diet that is pretty close to this - Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
7:45 - Wake
8:30 - Breakfast - 2 hardboiled egg whites / pure oats with cin / Coffee w/ equal
12:30 - Lunch - Usually some sort of salad - Always contains Grilled Chicken/Lettuce/Kidney Beans/Chick peas/broccoli and some sunflower seeds.
5:30-7:00 - GYM
7:30 Dinner - Always either Chicken Breast/Tuna/Salmon/Turkey with fresh vegetables on side.
9:00ish - Try to have shake when hungry - Eating too late bother's my stomach.
(3)Just writing this post I see two places I am failing - Between Breakfast and Lunch/ Lunch and dinner I am wasting too much time not eating anything productive so any ideas would be great.
(4) For my protein shakes I tend to just the Myoplex Low carb/lite shakes. Should I be focusing on more straight up protein?
Ill try and post some more info about my workout/training routines in a while.
