Dear Sir.
I would like to ask if you maybe able to help me from December 2001to February 2002.
I have played rugby at a high standard for a number of years now and in March this year was asked to represent SARACENS Rugby league team (one of the top rugby clubs in the UK) for the 2002-2003 season beginning September 2002. I hope to go into that season in my heaviest and best shape ever. I basically want to concentrate on getting in the best shape of my life for the next 12 months and feel this could best be attained by taking time off and putting 100% into the project. I also feel this would be best done away from home to avoid distractions. My plan is to gain the services of a personal trainer who can make significant mass gaining and BF lowering progress in the 3 month period December 2001to February 2002. In the past I have taken anabolic steroids to bulk up and this route does not phase me and hope to be able to follow a heavy cycle for the 3 months. With the season starting in September 2002, it will be my job on my return to maintain the mass I have gained by methods that can mask the use of anabolic steroid use as the sport is dope tested in the UK. The perfect scenario would be to train and stay (live) with a bodybuilding professional for a 3 month period which will result in a significant body composition change. My current stats are below…

Current stats.
Age 29
Height 6’3
Weight 235
Bodyfat 22%

Target stats.
Weight 260-265
Bodyfat 10%

This idea has stemmed from one of my future team mates who informed me that he spent 3 months with Charles Glass a year or so ago and achieved all his goals.

If possible could you advise me if you feel you could competently assist me in my goals and if you feel they are realistically achievable under your supervision??.
I would also be grateful, if you feel you could assist me for the 3 month period, if you could calculate how much this would cost for Training and Room only accommodation. Obviously food and cycle expenses would be in addition and I would pay these as we go along throughout the 3 months. If you could mail me these details along with a your proposed plan of action for a major bulking cycle (ie suggested workout schedule, cycle plan, diet plan etc) it would be much appreciated.
