his book saved my life literally. I picked it up around 2 years ago I think. Their video presentation made it more personal and whether or not bill is a fraud and just selling stuff, it hit home for me and that I was making excuses.
His system is easy to follow and thats what I needed as a person who had never counted calories or worked out. I did take the challenge and stayed on the routine for almost a year but I eventually learned some things and lost over 110+ lbs to a lean weight.
he shattered all the myths for me and that was cool. Allot of mags and books have sound advice but its like another world. If somebody with a passion is rooting for you when nobody around you does it helps so much and once the ball gets rolling you become so commited.
I can't say if eas is a big scam but the fact is bill and his company makes allot of money and do advertise their own product which I never felt pressured to buy, but he also has a kick ass package to get tons of people started and has given millions to charity and that can't be a bad thing.
Oh and I never got big on the program and had to deal with some other issues more important than diet and still am for a bit. I don't know if now that Im lean if his program would be the choice to get buff?
